Been using the Roman Mop (those that uses a blue color sponge) for quite a few years now and had been quite happy with it. Until recently, when I change a new sponge about one month ago -- things went wrong.
When I pull the level on the mop stick or handle (whatever you call it) to expel the water from the sponge -- the rollers tears the sponge bit by bit and over a few weeks it became quite bad. I wasn't happy with the situation and had been thinking of complaining to the company but have not got around to it.
Tonight, after having dinner at the Kovan Heartland food center I chance upon their promoter and brought my dissatisfaction out to him. After hearing me out, he promptly suggested that I take the equipment to their main office for servicing!?
They didn't tell me when I bought it. Does a mechanical mop stick need servicing?
Has anyone out there actually send in a mop stick for servicing? It will be interesting to hear from you.
